The wedding season is in full swing and I see a lot of new trends coming up. The brides these days are upto new looks and color combinations. I too tried a variant and experimented with a Boho Bridal Makeup. The look is demure and understated overall, intensifying the features in a subtle manner.
NYX Butter Gloss*sigh*… Isn’t the name itself so luxurious! Well, I had to give it a shot.
I got the NYX Butter Gloss in the shade BLG01 Strawberry Parfait as a gift from the man behind the cause of all the indulgence! My Husband!
The shade is a pretty pink with a hint of mauve and gives sheer coverage. It glides on smoothly and evenly giving a luxurious glossy finish! Absolutely wearable for everyday office or college. Here is a detailed review of the product for you all.
A foundation is not recommended for everyday use, that we all know. A BB cream can be a very good option to give the much needed coverage when opting an everyday base. Of course we have a wide variety of brands offering BB creams but I love the one made by me, the most.
I have used the Maybelline Blushed Nudes a dozen times now and have loved each and every look! It creates the perfect subtle look exactly the way I like. While reviewing the palette I did mention that the eye shadows aren’t pigmented enough, and the shades aren’t much distinguishable; I guess that’s the whole idea behind the ‘Nudes Palette’ anyway I have been loving it a lot and reach out for it on every occasion! Here is one of the look I wore this weekend using the blushed nudes palette.
A cream blush is one of my favorite product, it not only gives a more natural look, but is also more long lasting compared to a powder blush; and yes of-course it’s a great option for monsoons. If you don’t have one, you can do it yourself!
I love DIYs! They are so much fun and end up giving you a product which is so much cheaper than what it’s sold for… and ofcourse with all the efforts that you put in, in making something all by yourself, makes it even more dear to you! I did a DIY this weekend where I used eye-shadow pigments and turned it into a highlighter and it turned out really amazing!
